What is Fiscal Sponsorship?

At March On Foundation, we are driven by the potential of every community organizer to create meaningful social impact. Our mission has always been to make organizing easier.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our fiscal sponsorship magnified the impact of community organizers. With our support, Dine11 raised over $680k to deliver 88,000 meals to frontline medical workers, Plated LA supported BIPOC restaurant owners, and the COCO Fund provided $87k in support to 175 grantees in the hospitality industry. We have accomplished a lot in our history to date but, more importantly, we have helped others to accomplish a lot. We are continually inspired by what is possible when ordinary people are equipped with the structure and support to achieve their extraordinary goals

Our Offerings

Now we are working hard to expand our capacity and to provide Model A & C Fiscal Sponsorship. We are putting out the call to community organizers; if you’re passionate about the change you want to make but aren’t ready to become an independent nonprofit, we can help. We know firsthand how difficult it is to develop the knowledge and capacity to navigate administrative, legal, and compliance hurdles when you’re just trying to make a difference. We are committed to meeting you where you are and removing barriers that divert your focus from what matters most: driving positive community change.

Understanding Fiscal Sponsorship: Model A vs. Model C

Once you are approved as a sponsee, we can begin to take logistical concerns off your plate right away. To ensure that you are best positioned to deliver on your mission, you can begin to receive donations and benefit from our servicing capabilities, including:
